First publication of one of our doctoral candidates!

We’re excited to share the first publication from one of our MSCA Doctoral Network researchers! The review article, published in Microorganisms, looks at the gut–muscle axis in cancer cachexia and highlights how SCFA-producing gut bacteria might help ease this condition. This topic is right at the heart of our network’s research on the gut microbiome and cancer cachexia. Congratulations to our doctoral researcher on this great milestone and valuable contribution to the field!
